In the selection of these implements we consult extensively with employers and works committees. Each concept is individually tailored to the client and contains an optimum relation of costs to the period of validity of the transferral procedures. In addition to concept consultancy, Runtime assumes the complete transfer management: Application procedure, the acquisition of subsidies and concept as well as implementation, personnel management and accounting.
Furthermore, we actively assign employees to new jobs - socially acceptable and financially advantageous to all concerned. The quicker the placement, the more money you save. Employees can switch between either an outplacement activity or a transfer concern while still on probation. Depending on the situation of the company, these options can be combined
